2025 – New changes to retrofitting regulations will have significant cost increases?
Due into force Q1 2025, a major change in the minimum energy rating for retrofitting in Ireland means the minimum energy rating goes from 125 kWh/m2 (B2 Rating) to 75 kWh/m2 (A3 Rating).
This will have significant impact on retrofit budgets.
