Heating and hot water using heat pumps can account for as much as 70% of household energy consumption. The solution for countering high heating costs is to provide a that the heat pump is operated by solar power generated on the customer’s own roof.

A SMART Energy Solution combines high-quality equipment, smart software, and exceptional service.

The system’s modular design allows it to grow with your energy demand and can be built to suit any budget.

You can choose between on-grid, private grid or entirely off-grid solutions.

A multitude of heat pumps and smart sockets can be integrated with the system.

HONE solutions are designed by us and fully integrated into your building by our approved installation partners.

Solar generation, battery storage, smart management and smart EV chargers form part or all of the solution.

Solar generation can be any size, depending on your budget; there are no limitations on the size of systems. Battery systems are all Lithium “Iron” Phosphate, the safest material for building use.

Multiple smart EV chargers can be applied to any installation design.

The systems are then managed by smart software, which means you can sit down and enjoy the free energy while living and operating your home as before.

In addition, appliances with relatively high energy requirements, such as heat pumps, benefit from predictive energy management.

MANAGE YOUR HEAT PUMP RUNNING COSTS

MAKING Heat Pump
Operating costs more affordable

Heat Pumps are becoming more common and are an electrical heating system that needs to operate 24 hours a day all year round. This means you can have very significant electricity bills especially in cold weather when the auxiliary backup heater provides additional electricity consumption. Using a system designed to mitigate that future cost will significantly lower your homes running costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

This FAQ answers all the typical questions we get asked. If you have a question that is not answered here, we will be happy to clarify anything you need to know, just drop us an email or hit the webchat button at the bottom corner of the page.
Can these solutions be applied to retrofit as well as new build homes?

These solutions can be applied to any building of any age. These smart solar-only and solar-and-battery solutions are designed specifically for homes with heat pumps that use a lot of electricity.

Can I vary the size of the solar installation or the battery size from the packages above?

Yes, there are endless combinations of solar and battery sizing. The best design will depend on the type of end solution you need. In addition to normal consumption, you may have a couple of electric cars or a hot tub, and all these will impact the design.

There is a limit of 10KW solar system on these packages and 128 kWh storage on battery sizing.

(Larger systems, private grid or off-grid solutions are in a different solution category)

Is HR Consulting Expensive?

Hiring an experienced HR professional on staff is more expensive than hiring a consultant.

According to Businessweek Magazine, employers can save up to 30 percent by hiring an independent contractor because they avoid paying payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation and disability, as well as benefits that include pensions, sick days, health insurance and vacation time.

Does small business need compliance?

No matter how small your company is, there are some federal and state regulations that apply to your company.  More than 15 federal regulations apply to businesses with less than 15 employees, and the amount of regulation only increases from there as you add employees.  Regulations and legal interpretation change constantly.

Having a seasoned HR professional on your side is a great way to reduce legal risks of regulation violations and lawsuits, especially in society that filing a lawsuit is commonplace.

Frivolous lawsuits are an all-too-common problem for small businesses. There is almost no risk to trial attorneys or their clients for bringing even absurd cases to court. While large companies routinely retain attorneys and have the financial means to protect themselves from frivolous lawsuits, small businesses aren’t quite as prepared. Regardless of whether there is any truth to the claim, the small business owners will have to hire attorneys and will typically incur legal fees even if they win the case.

HR recruiting vs recruiting company

Finding the right employee to fill a position is vital to the future of your company and is a time consuming process. According to a small business survey, 30% of small business failures are blamed on poor hiring decisions.  We get to know your company’s culture, the challenges, and the benefits, so we can be the face of your company and market your job openings as a personal extension of you at a reasonable price.

Recruiters typically charge anywhere from 20 to 35 percent of the starting salary while we charge an hourly rate.  Recruiters have competing interests they are trying to please (trying to meet your deadlines, their agency deadlines, working with multiple companies and multiple positions) and the temptation is very real to push through a candidate that may not be right for the role. They don’t have a long term relationship with your company.  We are only trying to please you, and get you the best candidate.
