The design of energy use in our buildings is changing quicker than at any other time historically. Fast evolving Government & European policy, in addition to changing customer climate expectations, are unprecedented.

While HONE solutions are based on a renewable heating & electricity energy centre, there are other advantages if the building adopts future energy systems.

  • Buildings are easily upgradable for total off-grid/micro-grid renewable power generation when grid reliance becomes an issue.

Basics of Multi-Res M&E design using HONE: The advances made in building regulations with enhanced airtightness mean buildings have low space heating requirements. However, hot water and electricity consumption is rising, especially electricity, as electric cars become normal.
